Day-of and walk-in guests can be accommodated if space remains on a tour, but this certainly cannot be guaranteed – especially during peak season months. For the best experience, book online in advance then come prepared for an unforgettable adventure!
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours will not be refunded. Review our full Cancellation Policy prior to booking and for details.
Guests should be in moderate physical condition as ziplining involves walking on uneven terrain, climbing stairs, and maintaining balance. If you have a heart condition, back problems, or other medical concerns, consult your doctor before booking. Pregnant individuals are not permitted to participate. Review our full Participant Requirements prior to booking to ensure you are prepared and that the activity is well-suited for you.
Wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes with good grip (sneakers or hiking shoes are ideal). Avoid loose clothing, scarves, and dangling jewelry, as they can interfere with the equipment.
It’s best to leave valuables at home as well as large bags or backpacks, as they cannot be carried during the zipline experience. Small items, such as phones, can be secured in zippered pockets, but note that bringing these items on tour is at your own risk. If items are dropped, they cannot be retrieved.

There is no strict age requirement, but participants must weigh between 65 and 250 lbs and be able to fit into the provided harness and helmet. Additionally, participants must be at least 48-inches tall. Children must be accompanied according to the policies outlined in our Zipline Tour Participant Requirements. Please review prior to booking and plan accordingly.
