CANCELLATION POLICY

Free Cancellation and Rescheduling 24 Hours in Advance:

  • Free Cancellation
    • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start date/time.
    • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start date/time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
    • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start date/time will not be accepted.
  • If your reservation date is more than 24 hours away, you can:
    • Choose to reschedule* the reservation to a future date, or
    • Receive a full monetary refund back to the original payment method.

Additional Policies: 

  • *Guests who reschedule their reservations to a future date will not be eligible for a monetary refund.
  • Monetary refunds and complimentary rescheduling are not provided for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
  • Group Reservations (booked with staff and eligible for Group Discounts) follow separate Cancellation & Refund Policies detailed in the Group Confirmation.
