Free Cancellation
For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start date/time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start date/time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start date/time will not be accepted.
If your reservation date is more than 24 hours away, you can:
Choose to reschedule* the reservation to a future date, or
Receive a full monetary refund back to the original payment method.

Additional Policies:
*Guests who reschedule their reservations to a future date will not be eligible for a monetary refund.
Monetary refunds and complimentary rescheduling are not provided for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
